IPA Effectiveness Award

(Institute of Practitioners in Advertising)

After over a decade in econometrics, we’ve earned our first IPA Bronze Award for our work with Xero. Utilising a Media Mix Model, we demonstrated how strategic marketing investments can drive significant business growth. Special thanks to D19 for their invaluable project management support.

A Message from Jeremy Horne, Founder of Datacove

Having spent over a decade working with marketing data, I’ve often longingly looked at IPA awards, knowing their prestige – and wanting one of my own! To me, this represents the very pinnacle of success when it comes to marketing effectiveness.

Having strived many times for success agency side, I’m obviously over the moon not just to win one, but for it to be under the very brand that means everything to me – my business, Datacove. This truly represents the hard work the whole team put in to ensure we consistently provide first-class analytical solutions.

A first of hopefully many to be proud of!

Jeremy Horne

About the award

Every two years, the IPA Effectiveness Awards celebrate and showcase agencies, media owners or advertisers worldwide that successfully prove that their communications activity paid back.

This award recognises the measurable impact of Xero’s “Healthy Business” campaign, which was underpinned by a robust Media Mix Model (MMM). This model allowed us to assess how marketing activities influenced key metrics such as sales, footfall, branded search, brand awareness, and PPC effectiveness.

A special thank you to our partners at December19, whose project management and marketing expertise was crucial in bringing this to life.
